Joe had lots of knowledge on the selling of our home and then building a new one. His insight and tips really helped the process of how to get our home ready to sell fast and then how to build our dream home. Joe is very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and very helpful with information for staging, showings and what people in this area are looking for in a house. He guided us through 4 different offers with no pressure and we ended up getting more for our home than initially expected.

Joe represented my family as we navigated the process of purchasing a lot and building our home. He has a ton of experience and knows the right questions to ask the builder. He also has personal relationships with many people in the industry and was super helpful throughout the process. (Full disclosure: my husband is now on Joe’s real estate team, however Joe still represented us on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new construction home.) Highly recommend.

We initially reached out to Joe to help us sell our home since he lived in our neighborhood and we are so glad we did! From the moment we met him, we knew we had made a great decision! The professional stager Joe brought it was great! She gave us suggestions that we would have never thought of! Our home sold within less then a week and the entire process from listing to closing took only five weeks!
